Answers to your questions

FAQ.

Yes.  It’s often the best way for that human to human approach, to learn practical skills and take the opportunity to ask lots of questions.

Our courses are developed in collaboration with you, whether delivered in-person or online and whether it’s for two hours, half day, full day or longer. This approach means you get exactly what you need, designed for your business, with practically useful outcomes.

Absolutely. Courses can be adapted to your specific needs to help with scheduling, time zones and business activities.

As all our content is prepared in-house, your own pre-recorded and branded video training can also be developed. This helps to deliver a consistent in-house message across multiple teams.

It all starts with an email or call to talk through your needs.

I’ll prepare a quotation based on attendees, time and location and email that over to you. On acceptance, I’ll invoice for part of the course development work and collaborate directly with you to prepare key parts of the content.

This means you’ll receive training materials typically more focused to your team’s needs, compared to an off-the-shelf option.

Once the materials are complete and ready, we’ll agree a date for delivery. When the the training has been completed I’ll invoice for the remaining balance.
