These Website Terms of Use (the ‘Terms’) relate to your access and use of the website operated and owned by Pitchstone Consulting Ltd (https://pitchstone.consulting) and any social media pages (e.g. LinkedIn) and community channels (e.g. YouTube) managed by us. The website, social media pages and community channels (whether accessed individually either as stand-alone resources or not) are referred to herein as ‘website and associated pages’.

The website and associated pages are operated by Pitchstone Consulting Ltd (Pitchstone, we, us, our) and authorised representatives of Pitchstone.

Except for signed training contracts already in progress, we reserve the right (but not the obligation) to supplement, amend, make changes to or withdraw, either temporarily or permanently, the Terms, content, services or website and associated pages (and any part thereof) at any time and without notice to you.

Our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy form part of these Terms and apply to your access and use of this website and associated pages and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

Changes to the Terms will be published in this section of the website. It is your responsibility to refer to and comply with the Terms on accessing and using our website and associated pages. By continuing to use the website and associated pages, including after changes have been published, you agree to be bound by the Terms, as amended. If you do not wish to accept the Terms, you should not continue to use this website and associated pages.

To cater for a broad sectoral and industry audience, freely available content provided on this website and associated pages is largely considered generic, without reference to a specific company or individual’s needs. Where sustainability and ESG training for specific activities is required, we offer the option of an in-person designed training course.

Paid-for courses (in-person or online) and related content are subject to separate Terms, made available during the ordering process, backed by professional indemnity insurance.
